Job Title: Refrigeration Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Refrigeration Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Install refrigeration units, cooling cabinets, and associated equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
•Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
•Perform routine maintenance and testing to prevent system failures.
•Adhere to all safety and compliance standards during installation and repairs.
•Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, timelines, and system functionalities.
•Complete required documentation, including service reports and work orders.
Requirements:
Education and Certification:
•High school diploma or equivalent (required).
•Technical certification in HVAC/Refrigeration or related field (preferred).
•EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (required).
Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Installer or similar role.
•Familiarity with residential and commercial refrigeration systems.
Skills and Competencies:
•Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling components.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Proficient in using tools and equipment for refrigeration installation and repair.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Effective communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
•Comfortable working at heights or in varying weather conditions.

•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Flexibility to work overtime or on-call shifts, as needed.
